PLEASE NOTE: Variation of shades is inherent in the manufacture of glass tile. Once our inventory is depleted of one Lot we begin selling from the inventory of a new Lot, which will not exactly match the previous Lot. Therefore, reorders for the same Lot cannot be guaranteed. Please expect a small amount cracked tiles in some tile lines as this is an unavoidable fact and as a rule of thumb some extra should be ordered to use as replacement tiles.

Q. What is your policy for returning items?

A. The return policy at ArtfulCrafter.com is simple. Any item in its original condition may be returned for full refund less 25% re-stocking fee within thirty days of receipt unless it is a SALE ITEM and there are NO RETURNS on SALE ITEMS. The customer must pay for shipping the item(s) back. Return shipment MUST be INSURED.

Any items that are damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge.

Any items that have been painted, stained, glued or in any way worked upon will not be accepted for return or refund.

Some Tile is Non Returnable, Sales are Final
